Jillian Martin


Jillian is an award-winning director having created work for clients including Samsung, HP, Degree, General Motors, Honda, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Vans, Urban Outfitters, Venus, among others. Jillian received a spot on Adweek’s Top 100 Creatives of 2018 and as one of the Top 15 Directors who are Changing Storytelling. Her short film „Quota“ was recognized by Adweek as one of the Best 25 Ads of 2018. Jillian was also nominated by StudioDaily as a part of the first roster of Exceptional Women in Production and Post and is part of the Free the Bid movement. Jillian’s work is authentic, real and personal. To that end, Jillian believes in creating a personal relationship with talent as she feels it helps create a unique authenticy on camera which can make a performance seem effortlessly genuine. She believes in owing her shots and as a result, often prefers to operate the camera herself when she can. Whether she is repelling from a rock-climbing wall while carrying a camera or submerged underwater in the middle of the ocean she is always committed to pulling off the right shot. In addition to her expanding commercial work, Martin shot and is currently in post on a youth sports driven feature documentary, as well as a pilot for a wanderlust travel television show.
